Music Lessons
I offer both guitar and music production lessons to beginner and intermediate students looking to improve their skills in either or both realms.
I've been playing guitar for more than 15 years, and have extensive performance and studio recording experience. I have a bachelors in music from Wesleyan University.
I've been writing and producing music professionally for many years, and worked at Hans Zimmer's Remote Control Productions, learning all of aspects of music writing and production from the very best in the industry.

Lessons are administered in the student's home and are custom designed for the goals of each student. For the music production lessons, a basic suite of hardware/software is recommended.
My goal is to provide a relaxed environment for each student to explore their musical voice. My focus is always on the practical. It is not necessary to learn heaps of theory to write great music (although we can get into that too!)
I've written and produced music for a wide range of television shows, and learned from the best at Hans Zimmer's Remote Control Productions. My hope is to pass along all of the tips and secrets I've learned along the way, and eliminate many of the hurdles that I and many others struggled with while learning to write music!
